Waste disposal and recycling

In Lignano the recycling is obligatory: glass, plastic and can (mixed dry recycling), paper, organic waste and non-recyclable waste. Per each type you can find the public container on the street.

Gas

When the gas bottle is empty (not valid for Residence Blu, Ville Rio, Villa Erica, Appartamenti Mare, Nashira, Condominio Sun Beach, Sky Residence, Venus, Residenza Verde, Residenza Edda, Residenza Miramare, Torre Bahia, Villa Nadia, Villa Fiore Carinzia, Luna Residence 2, Luna Residence 4, Villa Nodari, Villa Carla and Condominio Ginestra) or for any other type of inconvenience in your apartment, please contact us per phone 0039-0431-71223. Our staff will be happy to help you.

Electricity's use

WE RECOMMEND SWITCHING OFF THE BOILER BEFORE USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, TO AVOID POWER CUTS.

For your safety

IMPORTANT! Please don't leave money, precious goods or personal effects in the apartment (Intras Agency does not assume any liability for the lost or disappearance). Before leaving the apartment doors and windows must be closed to prevent theft. In case of wind please don't leave tables and chairs in the balcony.
