On the day of your arrival, you are welcome to visit our office in the morning to complete the check-in procedure (if you have not already done so online) and pay the security deposit.

The key pick up point is by Intras Agency in Viale Europa, 27 in Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Motorway exit: Latisana, continue towards Lignano for about 20 km.
Arriving at the first roundabout of Lignano, turn left direction Sabbiadoro.
Continue in Viale Europa for about 3,4 Km. After Via Tridentina, on your right side, under the arcades you will find Intras Agency.

For organizational reasons, the delivery of the keys is expected in the afternoon:
from 03.00 pm to 07.00 pm in May and September
from 03.30 pm to 07.30 pm in June, July and August.

Our guests have to leave the apartment within 09.00 am (or within 10.00 am in May and September) than we need time to clean all the apartments.
It is therefore clear that some apartments will be ready in the morning, but unfortunately it will be not possible to predict which.
Some guests decide to leave the apartment the day before, and this permits us to clean the apartment sooner, but unfortunately we will not be able to know which in advance.

Online check in
We have to send your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, type and number of document) to the police, therefore we kindly ask you to fill the on line form in advance.

Payment
The rest amount payment must be made within 7 days prior to arrival.
For reservations made shortly before the arrival date, up to 7 days prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.In case of non-compliance with the terms of the payment, the Agency has the right to withdraw from the contract, cancelling the reservation accordingly.At the check-in, a deposit of € 100,00 will be requested in cash, which will be returned on the day of departure, if no damage to the apartment is found.For groups of young people (under 28 years old) a deposit of € 500,00 will be requested.*At Whitsun the deposit is € 800,00 per flat (except for families)*.
